  54. Run INCTRL any time you install a new program on your system.
  55. Press the Select button to choose the Install program, and press
  56. the Name button to name the output report.  When these two fields
  57. are filled, the Perform button is enabled - press it and complete
  58. the installation as usual.
  59. After the installation is complete, INCTRL writes a report listing all
  60. files and directories created, changed, or deleted.  It also details
  61. changes to WIN.INI and SYSTEM.INI - sections added, keys added,
  62. and keys changed.  This report will be invaluable if you decide
  63. to REMOVE the program from your system.
  64. INCTRL normally checks all non-removable drives for file and
  65. directory changes.  To exclude a drive from the scanning process
  66. insert e.g. "c=1" in the [Excluded drives] section of INCTRL.INI.
  67. The default directory for the output report is your Windows
  68. directory. Add a ReptDir= key in the [Directories] section of
  69. INCTRL.INI to set a different default directory for reports.
